The SLIMLINE brick facing panel
which can be adapted to any type of insulation
that meets architectural, economic and environmental constraints.

The VERY FINE brick facing panel

Environmental impact

VETAbric façades make a positive contribution to the energy balance of buildings. In this capacity, the VETAbric system is regularly selected for building houses or blocks of flats with low consumption energy requirements or high environmental quality standards.

With their varied range of bricks to choose from (structured bricks, ribbed bricks, smooth bricks, and hand-moulded bricks in over 100 colours), VETAbric panels really are the ideal solution for externally fitted thermal insulation. VETAbric facing panels embellish façades whilst improving the thermal and acoustic insulation for houses and blocks of flats.

VETAbric panels substantially increase the comfort of buildings whilst reducing their energy consumption.

Due to their design, the fact they undergo foaming in water (which produces no greenhouse gas), the possibility of associating the panels with high performance insulation -enabling a major reduction in a building's energy consumption and a subsequent reduction of CO2 emissions, the VETAbric system makes a positive contribution to the protection of the environment.

Externally fitted thermal insulation

Second to roofspace, the walls of an uninsulated building constitute the main place where heat loss occurs (approximately 25%).
Faced with the challenge of lowering the energy consumption of buildings, thermal insulation fitted externally is increasingly becoming THE smart solution, offering comfort in both winter and summer whilst providing protection for and ensuring the long-term soundness of the building.

Externally fitted thermal insulation provides high performance thermal and sound insulation AND preserves the space inside.
VETAbric brick panels are an ideal, aesthetically pleasing solution to thermal insulation from the outside. They offer an appropriate response to low consumption building requirements with a wide range of insulation products to choose from.

VETA France technicians are on hand to help you through the preliminary diagnostics, assess what is best suited to your house or building, and advise you both in technical and aesthetic terms.

Advantages of the VETAbric panel

A guaranteed effect, a minimal space requirement, total freedom and maximum adaptation are the 4 key advantages of the VETAbric panel.

Whether for a new construction or a renovation, external insulation, partial or full decoration, etc. VETAbric is the first brick facing panel which is adaptable to all building issues.

Its fineness, modular nature and easy installation are the key advantages of the VETAbric range. VETAbric brick panels thereby fulfil the most exacting finishing constraints and can be adapted to developments in thermal standards (RT 2012, BBC (Low Building Energy Consumption), THQE, etc.). Moreover, their ease of installation enables outstanding worksite productivity to be achieved.

A guaranteed effect

The extensive range of structures and colours in the VETAbric range, combined with every shade of grout imaginable, makes it possible to achieve a multitude of combinations in order to obtain the desired effect.

A minimal space requirement

The core component is the standard panel measuring approximately 0.43 m² and weighing only 12 kg, its thickness reduced to the strict minimum necessary: just 2.5 cm (like all the other components in the VETAbric range).

Total freedom

The fineness of the components enables numerous configurations in terms of construction and insulation. VETAbric can be installed by itself on a façade, without any loss of depth, or can be combined with any type of insulation that has certification from the ACERMI (French Association for the Certification of Insulating Materials) and EC certification, iSole ranking: minimum I3S1O2L2E1 (thermal, sound, mineral or natural), of varying thicknesses depending on the requirements.

Maximum adaptation

The VETAbric range features nearly forty components which enable (nearly) every known scenario in terms of façade decoration to be carried out and an infinite number of new possibilities to be thought up. Customized components can also be designed and manufactured.

The panel’s guarantees

VETAbric brick panels all come from the VETA France plant at Béthune, Northern France (Pas-de-Calais) and benefit from ongoing quality control.

VETA France products are subject to Technical Opinions and to the "CSTB Certified” certification (managed by the CSTB; the French Building Sciences and Technologies Centre). All the manufactured products are covered by a ten-year insurance policy taken out with AXA.

Theoretically, brick panels do not require any cleaning. The facing bricks may however be cleaned with water or an appropriate detergent.

Replacing damaged panels is possible. To do this, you have to cut out the part to be replaced, remove the insulation if any -if it too has been damaged, recreate the interlocking pieces using appropriate tools (a jig saw, grinder, etc.), position a new insulation panel whilst making sure the assembly is waterproof, position the new prefabricated cladding items and finally redo the grouting.
